Privacy Policy

1. Gameplay and information on your device

Your gameplay progress, unlocked cats, yarn balance, upgrades, settings, collection records, and saved runs are stored in the game’s local storage on your device. Core gameplay does not require a developer-operated player account.

Local gameplay saves are not uploaded to our purchase verification service. Purchase-related information and supported Google Play Games features are handled separately, as described below.

2. Google Play purchases and verification

Optional in-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not receive your credit card number or other payment instrument details. Google handles those details under its own privacy policy.

To verify and deliver purchases, the Android game sends the purchased product identifier, Google Play purchase token, and a randomly generated installation identifier to our purchase verification service over HTTPS. It also sends purchase tokens when checking purchase status or synchronizing cancellations and refunds.

Our service uses the purchase token to verify the transaction with Google. Its purchase ledger stores hashed purchase tokens and installation identifiers, product identifiers, Google order identifiers where available, purchase and update times, and delivery or revocation status. Purchase records are used to deliver items, support restoration of eligible purchases, prevent duplicate delivery, reconcile cancellations or refunds, and investigate purchase support requests.

Purchase information is also stored locally so the game can recognize items already delivered. Deleting the local save does not automatically delete the server-side purchase ledger or Google’s transaction records.

3. Google Play Games features

Android builds may connect to Google Play Games Services, including its sign-in service. Where configured and available, achievements, leaderboard scores, and gameplay event counts can be sent to Google through that service. Availability depends on the game version and Google Play Games configuration.

Google handles your Google Play Games account, profile, service activity, and related technical information under its policies and your Google account settings. Core local gameplay does not require a separate RadStorm or JFN Games account.

4. Network requests and technical information

When the game contacts the purchase verification service, our hosting infrastructure receives technical information such as the connecting IP address and request timing. The verification service uses an IP-derived identifier for rate limiting. Hosting providers may also maintain access and security logs.

Core gameplay can be played offline. Purchases, purchase verification, restoration, refund checks, and supported Google Play Games features require an internet connection.

If your game version supports online special codes, it may download a public code list. If the list is hosted on GitHub, GitHub may process technical request information under its own privacy statement.

5. Information you provide when contacting us

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, message, device details, screenshots, or Google Play order identifier. We use this information to respond, investigate issues, and assist with purchases or privacy requests.

Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or other information that is not needed for your request.

6. How information is used and shared

Information described in this policy is handled to operate the game and its online features, verify and deliver purchases, prevent fraud and abuse, manage purchase status, and provide support.

Google processes purchases and Google Play Games activity. Our hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver their services. Purchase tokens are sent to Google for verification. Our purchase verification service does not use the purchase ledger for advertising profiles.

Information may also need to be disclosed in response to a valid legal requirement or to investigate misuse and protect the service and its users.

7. Retention and your choices

Local progress remains on your device until you clear the game’s storage or uninstall it, subject to any backup and restore behavior provided by your device. Google Play and Google Play Games records are managed through Google’s services and controls.

The purchase verification service retains its ledger to recognize previous deliveries, support purchase questions and eligible restoration, and reconcile cancellations or refunds. Clearing local storage does not reset that ledger. Purchase records may need to be retained for transaction integrity, fraud prevention, or applicable obligations.

You can contact support@radstormtech.com to ask about information we hold or request deletion. Include the game name and, for a purchase-related request, your Google Play order identifier so we can locate the relevant record. We will review the request and explain any information that needs to be retained.

8. Children’s information

The game does not ask players to submit a name, email address, or age to create a developer-operated account. Purchases and supported online features involve the limited information described above.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through a support request or other communication, contact us so we can investigate and address it.

9. This privacy page

This page does not add analytics scripts, advertising tags, or tracking cookies. The website’s hosting service may process ordinary request information, including an IP address, requested URL, and access time, to serve the page and maintain security.

Links to Google, GitHub, and other external services lead to sites governed by their own privacy practices.

10. Updates to this policy

We will update this page when the game’s information handling changes and revise the last updated date. Different game versions may support different online features.
