Terms of Service
Last updated:
These terms govern your use of Cat Tower Chaos: Alley Brawl, developed under JFN Games and published by RadStorm Technologies LLC, and its related online services. Please read them before playing or making a purchase.
1. Using the game
By using the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the game. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms under the laws where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to them with you.
You must follow applicable laws and the rules of the store or platform you use. A parent or guardian should supervise purchases by children and use the purchase approval controls available through the platform.
2. Your license and our content
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the game for non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable platform rules.
The game, code, artwork, characters, music, names, and other content belong to their respective owners. This license does not transfer ownership of that content. Do not redistribute or sell the game, copy its assets for another product, or bypass its protections, except where applicable law permits it.
3. Fair use and service security
Do not use cheats or automation to manipulate online scores, falsify purchases, exploit purchase verification, obtain duplicate deliveries, or interfere with other players or our services. Do not attack, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to the game’s online services.
We may reject invalid transactions, correct rewards obtained through abuse, or restrict access to affected online features when reasonably necessary to protect the service or address a breach of these terms. Any action remains subject to applicable law and platform rules.
4. Purchases and virtual items
The game may offer optional in-app purchases through Google Play. Review the item description, price, and purchase confirmation before paying. Google Play processes payment under its own terms.
Yarn, unlocked cats, upgrades, and other virtual items are for use within the game. They are licensed digital content, have no cash-out value, and cannot be exchanged with us for real money or transferred or sold to other players. This does not limit any refund or other remedy required by law.
An internet connection and successful purchase verification may be needed to deliver purchased content. Delivery and restoration depend on the product type, purchase status, game version, and supported restoration features. Consumable items already used may not be restorable; restoring a purchase does not necessarily restore your local gameplay save.
If delivery fails, contact support with your Google Play order identifier and a description of the issue. Do not send your password or payment card details.
5. Refunds and canceled purchases
Refund eligibility depends on Google Play’s refund policies and applicable law. You can request a refund through Google Play or contact us for help with a purchase issue. These terms do not exclude your statutory consumer rights.
If a transaction is refunded, canceled, reversed, or found invalid, the game may remove the associated entitlement or adjust the related virtual items or currency to reflect that transaction. Purchase verification records help prevent the same purchase from being delivered more than once.
6. Saved progress and online features
Core gameplay progress is stored locally on your device. Clearing the game’s storage, uninstalling it, changing devices, or losing access to device backups may result in lost progress. We do not promise that local saves can be recovered or transferred.
Purchases, purchase verification, eligible restoration, refund checks, and supported Google Play Games features need an internet connection. Achievements, leaderboards, and other online features depend on the game version and third-party service availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular leaderboard position.
7. Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains local saves, purchase verification, Google Play Games features, technical requests, and support information. Please review it to understand how information is handled.
Google Play, Google Play Games, and other third-party services operate under their own terms and policies. Their availability and account requirements are controlled by their providers.
8. Updates and ending use
We may release updates that change gameplay balance, content, compatibility, or online features. Some features may require the latest version. If we materially change or discontinue a paid feature, we will provide any notice or remedy required by applicable law or platform rules.
You can stop using the game at any time. Uninstalling it does not automatically request a refund or delete purchase records. We may restrict related online services for a material breach of these terms, subject to applicable law. Contact us if you believe a restriction was applied in error.
9. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the game and its services functioning, but they may contain errors or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game and services are provided as available without additional guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the game. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, or removes mandatory consumer guarantees or remedies.
10. Changes to these terms
When we revise these terms, we will update this page and its last updated date. We will provide additional notice or request agreement where required by applicable law. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights you already have under applicable law.
11. Contact and questions
For questions about these terms or help resolving a game or purchase issue, contact RadStorm Technologies LLC at support@radstormtech.com. Please include “Cat Tower Chaos terms” in your subject line. Contacting support does not limit your right to seek other remedies available under applicable law.
